Girls coat pattern, with lining.
This is a pattern for a beautiful girls coat for autumn – winter.
In between sleeve and sleeve hem can be added piping and the collar can be made in the same fabric or you can use a contrast fabric. If you use contrast fabric at the collar I recommend to make the buttons in the same contrasting fabric.
At the back the coat has a half belt fixed with 2 buttons.
The pattern comes in sizes: 12 – 18, 18-24 months, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, 5- 6, 6-7, 7-8 and 8-9 years.

You can use the folder with the convenient format for you.
Each folder contains the files for printing the pattern pieces for main fabric and lining.
Before cutting the fabrics, please consult the size chart and check which size you have to cut.
How to download your pattern:
Once you have purchased the pattern, your files will be available to download immediately.
Please note, all files will download as .zip files. You will need to unzip the files before using. On an apple computer you can double click the zipped file, and this will open a new folder that contains the patterns.
On a windows computer you will need to right click on the .zip folder, and click “extract all”.
The pattern files are in PDF format, and therefore will need to be opened in a programme that accepts pdf format. Adobe reader works well and can be downloaded online completely free for windows/mac! “Preview” also works well on Apple Mac computers.
You only need to print the files that are relevant to you.
Fabric and consumption information:
This is a very elegant autumn – winter coat. You can use a medium heavy / heavy fabric for the main fabric and. If you choose to use a contrast fabric you can use a velvet fabric.
You will need:
– Main fabric
– Lining
– Buttons / covered buttons
– Piping for the sleeve hem.
– Fusing for the collar, half belt, front facing, sleeve hem, and for a nice hem add a 6 cm tape of fusing at the hem.
– If you decide to make the collar in another fabric you will also need a contrast fabric.
Fabric needed:
– For sizes 12-18m, 18-24m,2-3 Y, 3-4 Y – 1 meter of fabric and 0.8 meters of lining.
– For sizes 4-5 Y, 5-6 Y, 6-7 Y, 7-8 Y, 8-9Y – 1.4 meters of fabric and 1.2 meter of lining.
– 0.5 meters of piping
– 0.5 meters of fusing
